Trouble loading TurboCAD after trying the Trial Version

I’ve had a few people recently who downloaded the trial version of TurboCAD, but were then unable to override the trial to load their new program. This occurs when the activation code you have been provided with has expired. The instructions below should solve this:

1. Complete the following form to generate a new activation code (you will need to enter the serial number for the full version): http://activate.imsidesign.com/telact.aspx

2. Uninstall your current installation of TurboCAD.
3. Re-install TurboCAD using your serial number TCC…………
4. When you launch the program you should be prompted to enter your new activation code. Please enter XXXXXXXX…….. and activate TurboCAD.

If this does not work, follow instructions below:

1. Right-click on the TurboCAD Professional 20 shortcut and select RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR
2. Enter a password (if required) and launch the program with admin rights
3. Once TurboCAD has launched go to HELP > UPGRADE… and enter your serial number and activation code.
