Black Screen
Any time the screen goes black there is a conflict with Redsdk. The solution is to run in GDI mode.
The dynamic cut plane is redsdk only. In 2017 there is a message that appears when user’s drivers do not specifically support the cut plane functionality. If this is the only time the user gets the corruption when they can run Redsdk but will have to do so without using the cut plane.

Thanks for the post. I just experienced this problem out of the blue. TC2017 Deluxe working yesterday with Windows 10. I have no idea whether it was set for GDI or Redsdk yesterday but today all drawings are black until I revert to GDI. On restart TC2017 then gives a useless message that I should use Redsdk.

The latest version 2018 does not have RedSDK, so best upgarde.
